I accept payment through Venmo. Please do not ask for other apps, as there is a reason I cannot use them.
Terms of Service
♝ I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
♝ I accept payment in USD via Venmo, Discord Nitro, and genesis crystals.
♝ All art commissioned is for personal use only and under no circumstance commercial.
♝ Do not trace, alter, or claim artwork as your own.
♝ Commissions may take as little as a day and up to two weeks maximum.
♝ Full refunds upon requested cancellation are only eligible if I have not started on your piece, if sketched or coloured, a 25% refund will be issued.
♝ Commissions will typically be used as examples and possibly posted on my social media. Ask if you do not want me to do so.
♝ NSFW commissions will also require a 25% fee
♝ Very small edits to the final product do not require a fee
♝ Feel free to ask any questions not answered here
I claim rights to the finished produced piece and not the buyer. This means
I am well within my right to:
Use the drawing to promote myself/my art/my services,
Post the drawing on my own socials, or
Use the drawing on my own websites.
The buyer is allowed to:
Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.),
Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself,
Use the artwork to promote themselves/their socials, and
Use the artwork on their socials and in monetized content as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject or advertisement for their earnings.

The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - making commercial products using the art.
Claiming the artwork as your own creation,
Altering the artwork without my consent (If you’d like me to alter the work, just ask.)

I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. If you would like commercial rights to a piece I make for you, this can be discussed for a negotiated cost.
